Ideal for parties, gifts and wedding favours.
Flavours include raspberry, strawberry, passion fruit, chocolate, coffee and coconut. Giant meringues, pavlovas, celebration cakes and other bakes are available upon request.
About Meringues & More
Susannah always enjoyed cooking and her Hospitality Management qualification included a year of working in a professional kitchen. She became particularly interested in baking after having her two children, Sophie and Harry. Susannah realised that the cakes and treats baked at home often tasted better and were much healthy than supermarket bought products. The family could also ensure coloured food gels and preservatives were excluded as ingredients.
Baking for the children led to baking for family and friends. Feedback was positive and with encouragement Susannah decided to expand her knowledge, learning more sophisticated skills and techniques. Months of research followed and with practice over the last two years her skills florished.
I am particularly pleased with the range of naturally flavoured and coloured meringues I’ve created. They have a lovely gooey centre, a crisp outer shell and the natural flavourings come across in every bite. Every single meringue is hand made in my kitchen using free range eggs, carefully sourced good quality ingredients and my packaging is compostable.
